A Western classic that you have to try with Greenergy matcha.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon of Greenergy Culinary Matcha
- ½ teaspoon of baking soda
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- 1 cup of brown sugar
- ¾ cup of melted butter
- ½ cup of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 ½ cups of chopped white chocolate or white chocolate chips
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to low temperature.
Place the flour, matcha, baking soda and salt in a bowl. Separately, beat the brown sugar, butter and white sugar, then add the vanilla extract, the egg and the yolk. Once the mixture is creamy, add the dry ingredients. Finally, fold in the white chocolate.
On a buttered tray, place 1 tablespoon of dough per cookie, leaving space between them so they do not stick together. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
