{"id":2051,"date":"2018-06-21T14:04:06","date_gmt":"2018-06-21T17:04:06","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/greenergymatcha.com\/?p=2051"},"modified":"2018-06-21T14:04:06","modified_gmt":"2018-06-21T17:04:06","slug":"hummus-matcha","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/greenergymatcha.com\/en\/hummus-matcha\/","title":{"rendered":"Matcha Hummus"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A delicious recipe that lets you reinvent the classic hummus, giving it a super tasty flavor.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h3>Ingredients:<\/h3>\n<p>For the Hummus<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 cups of cooked, peeled chickpeas<\/li>\n<li>3 tablespoons of tahini<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 cup of warm water<\/li>\n<li>1 garlic clove<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 teaspoon of salt<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 teaspoon of cumin<\/li>\n<li>2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil<\/li>\n<li>1.5 teaspoons of Greenergy Culinary Matcha.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For the Matcha Olive Oil<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1\/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil<\/li>\n<li>1 pinch of salt<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 teaspoon of Greenergy Culinary Matcha<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For the Matcha Pita Chips<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 large pita breads, cut into wedges<\/li>\n<li>Matcha olive oil<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Preparation:<\/h3>\n<p>In a food processor, place the chickpeas and process until they are all broken down and have a fine texture. Add the remaining ingredients and process until the hummus is smooth. Add the Matcha and process until blended and the hummus is green. To make the Matcha olive oil, mix 1\/4 cup of olive oil with 1\/4 teaspoon of Matcha and a pinch of salt. For the Matcha Pita Chips: Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Place the pita wedges and brush them with matcha olive oil.
