{"id":1129,"date":"2017-12-08T21:26:48","date_gmt":"2017-12-09T00:26:48","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/greenergy.com.ar\/?p=1129"},"modified":"2017-12-08T21:26:48","modified_gmt":"2017-12-09T00:26:48","slug":"scons-de-matcha-y-arandanos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/greenergymatcha.com\/en\/scons-de-matcha-y-arandanos\/","title":{"rendered":"Matcha and Cranberry Scones"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>An unmissable antioxidant combination to share an afternoon with friends.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h3>Ingredients:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>2 cups of all-purpose flour<\/li>\n<li>2 tablespoons of Greenergy Matcha<\/li>\n<li>2.5 teaspoons of baking powder<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 teaspoon of salt<\/li>\n<li>1\/3 cup of sugar<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup of butter (cold and cubed)<\/li>\n<li>3 teaspoons of vanilla extract<\/li>\n<li>1 egg<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup of milk<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup of dried cranberries<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup of white chocolate chips<\/li>\n<li>Sliced almonds and powdered sugar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Preparation:<\/h3>\n<p>Preheat the oven to medium temperature.<br \/>\nSift and whisk the dry ingredients together.<br \/>\nAdd the cold, cubed butter to the dry ingredients and cut in with a pastry cutter (or two knives) until crumbly.<br \/>\nWhisk the wet ingredients together.<br \/>\nAdd the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, along with the dried cranberries and white chocolate, until a soft dough forms.<br \/>\nDivide the dough in half.
