Matcha and orange, an excellent combination.<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<h3>Ingredients:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>3 egg yolks<\/li>\n<li>\u2153 cup of sugar<\/li>\n<li>\u2153 cup of milk<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon of Greenergy Matcha<\/li>\n<li>500 grams of mascarpone cheese<\/li>\n<li>\u00be cup of freshly squeezed orange juice (from about 4 oranges)<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc cup of triple sec liqueur<\/li>\n<li>Ladyfinger cookies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Preparation:<\/h3>\n<p>Whisk the eggs and sugar over a double boiler until the sugar dissolves. Slowly pour the milk into the egg mixture, whisking the whole time, until fully combined. Keep stirring the mixture until it is frothy (about 10 minutes). Add Greenergy Matcha and the mascarpone cheese, mix for another 30 seconds or until fully incorporated.<br \/>\nCombine the orange juice and the liqueur in a shallow dish.<br \/>\nSpread 2 heaping tablespoons of matcha cream on the bottom of the bowls. Break each ladyfinger into three pieces and dip them in the orange mixture, one at a time. Alternate the matcha cream and the ladyfingers.<br \/>\nCover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
